Service Flow
1. Estimate
Please send us an email with detailed product specifications, number of orders, items to be inspected, notes, AQL level, desired inspection date and factory address. We will send you a quote for the inspection.
2. Inspection Work
We dispatch an inspector to the designated factory to inspect the products. The inspection process will be video streamed via Zoom.
3. Providing inspection reports
We will provide you with an inspection report after the inspection is completed. We will send you an email in the evening of the inspection day, so you can check the results in the early morning of the next day. We can also provide you with a video recording of the inspection process via the cloud.
4. Payment
Please pay in full at the end of the month (corporate account in Hong Kong). Full advanced payment is required for the first transaction only.
AQL sampling inspection：
USD398/day + fixed transportation fee
-One inspector will be arranged to the factory to perform AQL sampling inspection.
-Additional inspector will be charged USD200/person.
-We can dispatch to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou and other major cities in Guangdong province.
-The fixed transportation fee will be Shenzhen:USD20, Dongguan:USD40, Guangzhou:USD60 (per inspector).
-We will send you an inspection report after the inspection.
-If necessary, We can arrange full inspection.
Assistant inspector：
USD200/day + fixed transportation fee
-This is applicable when you need to compensate for the number of people in inspection work.
-You are required to provide your own inspection leader.
-No inspection report is available.
-We can dispatch to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou and other major cities in Guangdong province.
-The fixed transportation fee will be Shenzhen:USD20, Dongguan:USD40, Guangzhou:USD60 (per inspector).
